Where we are

Banana Beach is a scenic drive away from La Ceiba or San Pedro Sula. You can fly in to San Pedro Sula (SAP) or La Ceiba (LCE), however most guests drive in from La Ceiba since it is the closest (about 2 hours away) and offers a picturesque drive through the mountains, jungles, and small towns of Northern Honduras.
You can rent a car, take the Cotuc bus to Trujillo from San Pedro Sula or La Ceiba, charter a flight, take a taxi from La Ceiba, or have us arrange for a driver pick you at the La Ceiba airport or your hotel. We will also pick you up at the Trujillo bus station if you chose to take the Cotuc bus.
If you are coming with friends or a wedding party, we can also arrange for a van to pick up your group in La Ceiba. The van accommodates up to 6 people and runs about $150. A taxi to the resort from La Ceiba will cost about the same. Contact us for more information.
While staying at Banana Beach, we can also arrange transportation for day trips to Trujillo, the mountains, the jungle, wildlife reserves, and the surrounding area.
